I agree natural way are the best way to lose weight since you do not have to worry about the side effects………Beside I would like to add my info on this i.e,Walking is the best thing to do. It targets the fat in ALL areas instead of specific areas as if you were lifting weights or push ups which just targets mainly the arms and upper area.
