Trying to control your appetite with will power can result in a lot of stress for some. When I used willpower to quit smoking I wasn’t worth living with. Okay that’s a little over the top perhaps, but I was very irritable. The same thing happened when I tried to diet and struggle to stay away from the things I liked. Sweets and soft drinks were my Achilles heal. How about you?
