Hypnosis has been widely discussed as a weight loss approach, but does it really work? The answer is that it does work for those people who find it difficult to stick to a healthy weight loss plan. With so many diets available you would think that weight loss would be a snap, but it isn’t for many people.

Weight loss by hypnosis works because it gives people a method of controlling their cravings or compulsive eating habits no matter what diet they choose to follow. After all, if you can’t control you cravings, how can you successfully lose weight? The answer is, you can’t.

Healthy weight loss is achieved by following a healthy eating approach, not the latest fad diet. Hypnosis can help you achieve that by getting control of the poor eating habits you may be dealing with. Do you find yourself overeating when you’re sad, glad or mad? Do you find yourself unable to say no to the desert tray or cookie jar?

I’m seriously interested in your best diet tip. I am a believer that while there are many diet tips available on the internet, there are only a few ways to actually lose weight successfully. I’d like to solicit your feedback for this discussion because there is so much hype out there on the internet.

Do you have a healthy way to lose weight that has worked for you? Did you follow a specific diet plan or did you just change your life style? Did you try fasting to lose weight? Did you try walking to lose weight? What exactly did you do? How long did you keep your weight off once you lost it?

I am a person who lost and gained 25 pounds so many times over the last several years that I had to find a diet approach that would help me get off the merry-go-round of yo-yo dieting. What worked for me was to quit dieting all together and just decide to eat healthy.

It’s true that many of the diets I tried helped me lose weight, but I found it hard to keep it off until I made the decision to change my relationship with food. I had to eliminate my cravings for the wrong food. I had to eliminate my compulsive eating habits and emotional eating.

I invite you to share what’s worked for you so that other may learn how to lose weight in a healthy way.

Effective weight loss plans are often overlooked because many people are looking for fast, easy ways to lose weight. The problem is that most of those rapid weight loss plans don’t work. In general, a rapid weight loss diet will cause you to lose muscle tone and water weight.

When you lose weight too fast your metabolism slows down and goes into starvation mode. When you return to normal eating you put weight on rapidly because your metabolism is still slow and you don’t burn fat as fast as you should. Losing muscle tone is important because muscle helps burn fat. A rapid weight loss diet then can be counter productive to your goal.

An effective weight loss plan is one that helps you lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. Let’s face it, you didn’t put weight on fast, why would you expect to lose it fast? You may want to, but is it healthy and does it make sense? In general the answer is no. Most doctors will tell you that losing weight too fast may result in yo-yo dieting because you’ll probably regain fast weight loss and have to diet again to lose it again.

To follow an effective weight loss plan you need to do your homework. You need to understand the calories it takes to lose weight at an appropriate rate. You need to understand portion sizes so that you know how much to eat at each meal. You need to understand how much exercise to do to assist in your weight loss plan. All of this is available on the internet if you just do your homework. You can develop an effective weight loss plan that will work for you.

Another important factor is to control your cravings and compulsive eating. You can learn more here <=.

What is a healthy weight loss plan? With so many diets hitting the market each day it’s hard to sort through the hype and find what really works. Online weight loss tips are all over the internet and some of those tips are dangerous for your health. Be very careful when reading tips on the internet with promises to help you lose weight fast, without effort.

An effective weight loss plan will help you lose one to two pounds per week without stress or anxiety. A healthy weight loss plan will teach you to stop cravings and stop overeating. It will teach you the best exercises to lose weight and not suggest you try to lose 15 or 20 pounds a month. While you may find a program to lose that much weight, be aware that you will also lose muscle tone and water weight.

Losing weight too fast causes your metabolism to slow down because it thinks your body is starving. It doesn’t know when it will get more nourishment so it slows down for protection. When you go back to eating normally your metabolism doesn’t return to normal so you put weight back on faster. You may even put on additional weight in the process.

The best answer is to lose weight without dieting. Just decide to change your relationship with food and decide to eat healthy. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less red meat or processed food. Drink plenty of water and exercise to lose weight on a regular basis. Learn to stop cravings and stop overeating by learning more about Effortless Appetite Control here now <=.

You can lose weight without dieting by learning the secrets to healthy weight loss. The secret is to understand that most diet and weight loss programs don’t help you keep weight off once you lose it. With millions being spent on diet programs each year, you’d think that someone would come up with a diet that keeps weight off. Stop looking for the magic formula and learn the real secrets to permanent weight loss:

Stop compulsive over eating. Compulsive eating or emotional eating are some of the primary areas of weight gain and of diet failure. If you are a compulsive eater who eats when you are upset or angry, you need to learn to control that by finding other outlets for your anger. The same is true when you’re sad or lonely.

Stop cravings for sweets or other foods that keep you from maintaining your weight loss. If you can’t control your cravings, you will find it difficult to lose weight and keep it off.

The best way to lose weight involves learning to eat a healthy diet without following the latest fad diet advertised on the internet. Online diets are certainly plenty-full, but are they the best diets to follow? Do they offer a safe way to lose weight or are they just a way for someone to make money?

The healthy way to lose weight is to learn all you can about how many calories to eat, how much exercise to do and how to understand portion sizes. All this is available on the internet. In addition you can learn to control your compulsive eating and cravings by learning about Effortless Appetite Control here now<=

You can lose weight without stress or feeling deprived if you go about it the right way. To begin with you need to stop dieting. That probably sounds counter productive, but it really is the best way.

Lets say you decide to go on a very low calorie diet. That may seem like a good idea on the surface, but anytime you go on a very low calorie diet your metabolism slows down to compensate. If you skip meals, it practically comes to a halt. Your metabolism slows down to conserve energy because it doesn’t know when it will get more calories. When you do eat again after skipping a meal, your body store those calories as fat in case you don’t eat again for a while.

This type of dieting is causes a lot of stress because you’re almost in starvation mode. That’s not the way to diet simply because it doesn’t work over the long term. Once you do start eating again, you will put the weight back on because your metabolism is very slow and you won’t burn the calories. Being deprived isn’t the answer.

The best way to lose weight without stress or feeling deprived is not to diet at all, but to change your lifestyle and eating habits. Make a decision to eat healthy and lose weight over a longer period of time. Learn to control bad habits and cravings. Learn to control compulsive eating so that you don’t sabotage yourself or create stress. For more information on how to lose weight without stress go here now<=.

Yo-y0 can be defined as losing weight, gaining it back, losing weight, gaining it back again, over and over again. Some people struggle with this most of their life. When you go from periods of starvation or missing meals to try to lose weight, you are setting yourself up for yo-yo dieting.

When you starve yourself your bodies metabolism slows down so that you burn less fat. It’s like you’re signaling your body to conserve energy because you’re consuming fewer calories. Your body adapts to this slower metabolism so that when you stop dieting you put on weight much faster.

Putting on weight makes you want to take it off again and the cycle begins again. How often have you lost weight and gained it back again? Yo-yo dieting can be a pattern that you struggle with for years or even for most of your life.

The alternative to this vicious cycle is to make the decision that what you’re doing isn’t working and isn’t healthy. Not only is it bad for your body, it’s emotionally draining as well. How depressing to struggle with your weight for most of your life.

You can change this lifestyle and adopt another one. Instead of trying to lose a lot of weight quickly, decide to make smaller changes in the way you eat. Make smaller goals and change what you eat.

Losing 1-2 pounds per week is the healthiest way to lose weight. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less red meat. When you shop for groceries stay out of the center part of the grocery store where they sell processed foods. Stay where the fresh produce, dairy and meat is sold.

It takes a while to change to a healthy lifestyle so don’t rush it. Take it slow, but stay on track. If you’d like to learn more about how to adjust to a healthy lifestyle and reduce the struggle with cravings, you can find out here now<=.

You can stop yo-yo dieting and get healthy with a healthy weight loss program. You know what happens. You lose weight and quit dieting. Then you put the weight on again; diet again; put the weight on again; diet again, etc. This must be insanity. Doing the same thing, in the same way over and over again while expecting a different result, is insanity.

There was an article in one of those rag magazines with the headline that Kirstie Alley only has 4 years to live. The article pointed out that after years of yo-yo dieting, she has seriously damaged her body and has cut years off her life.

Now I don’t know how accurate that is, but I think any doctor would tell you that yo-yo dieting is very unhealthy. Eating a lot of high sugar foods is like poison for anyone serious about losing weight because it plays havoc with your blood sugar and keeps you off balance.

The key to winning the weight loss game forever is to set yourself up for success from the start. Instead of starting another fad diet, just decide to start a more healthy diet. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables with a small amount of carbohydrates and protein.

If you have trouble with binge eating or compulsive eating, you have to get control of that. If you crave sweets or any other foods that sabotage a healthy life style, resolve now to get rid of those cravings.

I have personally found that learning about how NLP and Hypnosis could help me in that area was a big help. If you’d like to learn more on this subject, you can request information on FREE Effortless Appetite Control here<=.

Can you stop dieting and really lose weight? The answer to that question is absolutely yes. In fact it’s probably the most sensible thing to do. Diets work as long as you stick to them, but some are too restrictive and some can be downright dangerous to your health.

It’s true that diets such as Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem will help you with weight loss as long as you stick to them.
